Can somebody support me anonymously?
The name and email fields on your pay card are both optional. Somebody who leaves them empty is anonymous, and that is the default rather than a setting they have to find.
What you see
The amount, the message if they wrote one, the code and the time. On your wall they appear without a name.
What about the email
If somebody does give an email address, it is so they can find their own receipt later. You never see it, and Kulhad sends nothing to it beyond that.
Turning it off
Settings has a switch that requires a name. Turning it on means somebody has to type something in the name box before they can pay.
It does not make anybody honest. A required name field gets "a" typed into it as often as it gets a real name. What it does is set a tone, which is a reasonable thing to want for a community fund or a temple collection.
Matching an anonymous payment
Exactly as you match any other: the amount, the time, and the code. The code is attached to the support rather than to the person, so it works whether or not they left a name.
