How to delete your page

Settings, then Account, at the bottom. You are asked to confirm.

What happens

Your page stops resolving. Your profile, your goals, your images, your UPI IDs and your supports are deleted. Your account is closed.

It is not reversible and there is nothing to restore afterwards. Claim the name again later and it is a new page starting at nothing.

Take your data out first

The Supporters screen has a Download button for the whole list as a spreadsheet. Settings has an export of the whole account as a file: profile, UPI IDs, goals, supports, billing and your images.

Download both before you press delete. Afterwards there is nothing to download.

If you have a Premium subscription

Cancel it first, from the Premium screen. Deleting the page does not cancel the subscription with the payment provider.

What your supporters see

Your page is gone, so links to it stop working, and so do receipt links. Nothing is sent to anybody.

The money is unaffected. It has been in your bank account since the day each payment was made.

If you only want to stop for a while

You do not have to delete anything. Take your goal off your page, clear your announcement, and stop sharing the link. The page sits there costing nothing and is ready when you are.
