How to use share images for stories and posts

Under Images on the Share screen are three shapes.

• Story, 9:16. For an Instagram or WhatsApp story.
• Square. For a feed post or a WhatsApp group.
• Link preview. The wide one that appears when somebody pastes your address into a chat. This is also the picture search results and social sites use.

What is on them

Your name, your photo, how much you have raised and how many people have sent something. The story and the square also carry a QR code, which is on by default so that somebody looking at your story on one phone does not have to type your address into another.

The link preview has no code, because at the size a chat draws a preview, nothing can scan it.

Changing them

• The line at the bottom is yours to write.
• The headline is the same one the posters use, from Settings.
• The QR can be left off the story and square.

Every change shows in the preview before you download, because the preview is the same image as the download.

Turning the count off

If you would rather not publish how much you have raised, Settings has switches for the total and for the supporter count. Turning them off takes them off the cards as well as off your page.
